    • 摘要: 从分析市场营销在企业价值链中的地位出发,论述了企业保持战略优势的关键是控制好企业价值链中的市场营销环节.并以价值链理论为指导,运用量化分析的办法,对企业如何制定主导产品和目标市场的策略进行了实证分析.

       

      Abstract: In view of the important position of marketing in an enterprise's value train,it is expouneded that the key point to maintain the strategic superiority of an enterprise is to control its marketing. Upon theortical guidance, case-study is made to explain the way of choosing main products and target markets.
