    ICP-AES法测定糖尿病患儿血清中6种微量元素

    Determination of Six Trace Elements in Serum of Diabetes Child by ICP-AES

    • 摘要: 用ICP-AES法测定Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿和健康儿童血清中Zn、Cu、Mg、Mn、Cr和Ba微量元素含量,发现糖尿病患儿血清Cu、Cu/Zn明显偏高,Mg、Ba偏低,血清Mg和Cr分别与糖尿病病程和血糖相关,血清Cu对血糖影响最大,两者呈正相关。

       

      Abstract: The elements in serum, including zinc, copper, magnesium, manganese, chromium and barium are determined in the normal and type I diabetic children by ICP-AES. The concentration of Cu. Cu/Zn, Mg and Ba of the patients are obviously different from those of the normal children. Relationships in between the concentration of Mg in serum and the course of the disease and between Cr in serum and serum glucose are found. Cu in serum is found to be closely related to serum glucose, revealing a positive correlativity.
