    Experimental Study on Ultrafine Comminution of Minerals by Thermally Assisted High Pressure Water Jet

    • 摘要: 提出了一种将矿物超细粉碎的方法,首先使矿物经加热、骤冷,再用高压水射流技术进行最终粉碎.通过高压水射流粉碎技术和热力辅助高压水射流粉碎技术对煤、高岭土超细粉碎进行实验研究,结果表明,两种粉碎方法都可以实现对煤、高岭土的超细粉碎,后者较前者粒度更小,粒度分布更窄,而且在获得相同粒度的条件下,后者可大幅度地降低水射流的工作压力;热处理在颗粒表面产生的裂纹粉碎效果明显.热力辅助高压水射流技术是一种有效的超细粉碎方法.

       

      Abstract: A new way that is thermal assisted high-pressure water jet ultra fine comminuting has been used to comminute the minerals on the experiments.The mineral particles were damaged by thermal shock before they were comminuted finally by high pressure water jet.The experimental results on the ultra fine com- minuting coal,kaolin powder show that the good comminution effect can be gotten making use of the method. When the pressure increases to a certain value,the high comminuting efficiency can be gotten at the first com- minution.The particle size distribution of products by water jet comminuting heat-treated minerals is narrow- er and the particle size is more uniformity than untreated.At the same time,the working pressure of water jet can be reduced lower for the heat treated minerals if the same particle size distribution is gotten.
