    The Study of Water-based Anticorrosion Coating and Its Preparation

    • 摘要: 研制了一种水性带锈防锈涂料,其成分对环境无污染,可直接涂于钢铁表面而不需预告先除锈。它能与铁锈(氧化铁)相互作用,生成稳定的鳌合物,将括性铁锈转化为稳定的用性覆盖层,从而对钢铁构件起到保护作用。

       

      Abstract: The title anticorrosion coating can be coated on the surface of substrate (steel, iron, i.e.) without pretreatment. It can react with rust (Fe oxide), and make it into stable chelate. Thus it can transfer the active rust into inert covering, so as to protect the steel instrutments. The article introduces the formular, the process of the coating and the factors which inflence the quality of the coating product.
