    HEV辅助动力系统消声器设计

    Design of Muffler of the Auxiliary Power System in an HEV

    • 摘要: 为了降低混合电动汽车中的辅助动力系统(一台小型汽油机)的噪声,运用消声器一维消声计算模型设计排气消声器,并进行了该汽油机的噪声实验.实验结果表明,该消声器对降低中、高频噪声效果较好,但对低频噪声效果不是很明显;在对该汽油机动力性能影响不大的情况下,在整个转速范围内,排气噪声平均下降5 dB左右,可以有效降低排气噪声.

       

      Abstract: To lower the noise of auxiliary power system(APS) in the HEV,which is a small-volume gasoline engine in this paper,an exhaust muffler was used.The muffler was calculated and designed on the basis of a one-dimension model.The noise experiments have been carried out on a test bench.From the noise experimental results,it could be concluded that the muffler had especially much more effects on both high and medium frequencies than on low frequencies.And the muffler lowered engine noise about 5 dB during the whole engine speed without reducing the engine power much.
