    A Theoretical Study of Variation of Flow Parameters in Supersonic Swirling Dehydration Unit

    • 摘要: 为了克服现有天然气脱水技术的不足,基于气体动力学和传热传质学理论提出了一种新型的天然气超声波旋流脱水装置.介绍了其基本结构和分离机理,通过对装置结构的合理简化,给出了相应的数学模型,求解得出了装置内部各参数一维稳态流动的理论分析解.装置内部流动的理论计算结果与实验结果基本吻合,可利用给出的分析解及计算方法对装置进行简单的几何结构优化.

       

      Abstract: A new-type of dehydration unit for natural gas is briefly described and its basic structure and working principles are presented. With reasonable simplifications of one-dimensional steady flow, mathematical model is developed and the distributions of the flow parameters along the axial direction are obtained from the theoretical analysis. Calculations were made of the unit by using these analytical results. And the theoretical suggestions for improving the unit are provided.
