    TFI-A Fuzzy ISODATA Clustering Algorithm

      摘要
    • 摘要: 本文在ISODATA、FUZZY ISODATA集群算法及其几种改进算法的基础上,提出了新的集群算法TFI(TOTAL FUZZY ISODATA)。TFI在按批修改和类间调整过程中都应用了模糊数学方法,并取得了较好的分类效果。TFI能自动确定初始状态,并能给出有关最佳分类个数的信息。TFI已在DJS-6机上用ALGOL60实现。

       

      Abstract: Based on ISODATA, FUZZY ISODATA and some of their improved algorithms, this paper puts forward a new clustering algorithm TFI(TO-TAL FUZZY ISODATA). It uses fuzzy method in adjusting both cluster centers and the number of classes with satisfactory clustering results. TFI can automatically determine the initial classing state and provide us with the information about the optimal number of classes. It has been implemented on DJS-6 with ALGOL.
