    SiCp/Al复合材料无压自浸透工艺

    The Pressless Infiltration Process for SiCp/Al Composite

    • 摘要: 研究了用K2ZrF6作为助浸剂与SiCp进行混合的工艺,实现用无压自浸透的工艺制造SiCp/Al复合材料。结果表明,直接混合工艺比K2ZrF6水处理工艺简便,并易于控制K2ZrF6的用量,K2ZrF6与SiC混合后,能明显提高SiC颗粒和Al液的湿润性。

       

      Abstract: The experiment of mixing K2ZrF6, a wetting Promotor, with SiCp to fabricate SiCp/Al composites via preesless infiltration process is conducted. It indicates that this pressless infiltration process is simpler than the process of solution pretreatment, the amount of K2ZrF6 can be easily controlled, and the wettability between SiC and Al is greatly improved by mixing SiC with K2ZrF6.
