    Analysis of the Dynamical Characteristics of Machine Tool's Small Pillar Model

    • 摘要: 以机床小立柱模型为例,分别运用试验模态分析及有限元法分析其动态特性.通过将这两种方法有机合理地结合更精确地确定了该模型各阶段的固有频率及振型,并成功地将该模型的有限元建模误差控制在1.7%之内,为含有复杂结合面特性的机床整机有限元建模方法及精度提供了有效的分析手段.

       

      Abstract: The dynamic characteristics of machine tool's small pillar model are analyzed by the experimental modal analysis method and finite element analysis method. The innate frequency of every period and its corresponding vibration mode of the model are calculated accurately through the combination of the two methods. The modeling error of the finite element analysis method of the model is successfully controlled less than 1.7%, so it can offer a kind of effective analysis means for the finite element modeling of the whole machine including the characteristics of complicated faying face.
