    The Study of A Microcomputer System For On-Line Chatter Testing And Analysis

    • 摘要: 讨论了一个用Appel-Ⅱ微机为主机的在线振动测试和分析系统,该系统使用电阻丝应变片和加速度计作为测量传感器,可扩充的软件库可以完成实时信号采样,处理,以及传感器标定等功能,分析结果可在计算机CRT上显示,也可通过打印机或绘图机输出,该系统功能齐全,通用性强,较适合于实验室应用。

       

      Abstract: A microcomputer system for on-line chatter testing and analysis, which is based on Apple-Ⅱ compulcr, is presented in this paper.Strain gages and accelerators are used as detectors in the system.An expandable software library performs the functions of on-line data collection process, and calibration, etc.The system is suitable for lab use.
