    高性能混凝土徐变规律的试验研究

    • 摘要: 利用人工气候环境室,在同一环境下,保持恒定温度和湿度,对不同外加剂、外掺料的高性能混凝土进行了徐变试验研究.测定出6种不同外加剂、外掺料对高性能混凝土徐变性能的影响.根据数据和理论分析,得到早强剂、减水剂、引气剂、粉煤灰以及矿渣对高性能混凝土徐变系数的影响规律,获得高性能混凝土徐变的发展规律;根据试验数据与按《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTGD62—2004)计算结果的对比分析,建议高性能混凝土的徐变系数可取该桥规计算值的80%;根据试验数据提出了计算高性能混凝土徐变系数的参考公式.

       

      Abstract: In the experiment,six groups of high-performance concrete specimens with different admixtures were tested in an artificial climate environment chamber with constant temperature and dampness.Through the experiment,the influences of six admixtures'(including early strength agent,water-reducer,air-entraining agent,fly ash,and slag) on high-performance concrete's creep properties were obtained.According to the experimental data and theoretical analysis,the creep developing law of high-performance concrete was performed.According to the comparison and analysis between the experimental data and calculated data based on Code for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts(JTGD62—2004),the creep coefficient of high-performance value using 0.8 times result based on this code is proposed.A formula for the calculation of high-performance creep coefficient is presented according to the experimental data.
