    • 摘要: 知识经济时代具有八大特征,创新则是知识经济的灵魂.创新包括观念创新、制度创新、技术创新和管理创新,它们有各自的内涵和作用,互相促进、互相制约,应通过建立国家创新体系加以整合和加强.

       

      Abstract: The knowledge economy has eight characteristics, among which initiative is its soul. The initiative inclnues cognitive, systemic, technological and management initiative. All of them own their categories, functions and interactions, so that a national initiative system should be built up to integrate and strengthen those interactions.
