    Development of Absolute Detergents Used for Cleaning Hands

    • 摘要: 探讨了1种适用于清洗油垢、尘埃、粘土及碳黑的乳状无水洗手剂的制备工艺和组分、含量对产品性能的影响.发现表面活性剂的种类、含量与溶剂对性能影响较大,当采用一元阴离子和二元非离子型表面活性剂体系和二元阴离子及一元非离子型复配体系时,产品性能优于单一的阴离子或非离子表面活性剂体系.找出了4种三元表面活性剂复配体系的产品配方.

       

      Abstract: Experiments show that the performance of certain kinds of absolute detergents resul maiuly from the type of surface-active agent used, its content and the particular dissolvent which is added. On this basis, It is discovered that the performance of the absolute detergent prepared by means of one kind of anion and two kinds of nonions, or two kinds of anions and one kind of nonion, is better than that prepared using exclusively one kind of anion or nonion. Furthermore, four dispensation formulas, with three kinds of elements in each, have been proposed which can be used for preparing different kinds of milk-like absolute detergents which are applicable for cleaning away oil, dust, clay and carbon black from hands.
