    Axial Force of SFL Affected by Tensioning Method

    • 摘要: 针对实际工程应用需要,提出了整体分次和分批分次2种张拉方案.并由张拉方式对结构上弦轴力的影响出发,选用ANSYS有限元程序,通过理论分析,从结构轴力值分布和2种张拉方式下的轴力对比值分布2个角度对结构受力特点作了分析.结果表明,从对轴力的影响出发,分批分次张拉成形方案切实可行,成形全过程研究尤为必要,跨中部分的结构选型很重要.

       

      Abstract: To put stretch forming latticed structure (SFL) into practice, the paper puts forward two methods which include tensioning group by group and simultaneously tensioning step by step.Based on the effect on structural axial force of upper chord by tensioning method, a detailed analysis of axial force distribution and comparison is carried out by theoretical method basing on ANSYS finite element program.The study shows that method tensioning group by group is feasible program.It is necessary to study the whole forming process of SFL, and it is important to reasonably select structural configuration of middle party of SFL.
