    Nonsingle Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells

    • 摘要: 用现有的几种多晶硅材料制造太阳电池,从电池的效果去分析材料特性与电池性能的关系,得出适合于太阳电池的多晶硅材料应是大晶粒的(晶粒要在mm2以上),晶粒间界要垂直于片子表面,且电阻率要在40ΩCm以下。材料纯度的要求可放宽。用这样材料制造的太阳电池,共转换效率在6%~10,5%。

       

      Abstract: The solar cells are made of several kinds of nonsingle crystalline silicon that are now obtained in our country. The relations between the characteristic of the materials and the solar cell performances are analysed with the effects of the solar cells. The nonsingle crystalline silicon materials that suit to make solar cells shold be of large grains, (which should be ≥ 1mm2)The grain-boundaries must be perpendicular to the sliced silicon surface, and the resistivity of these materials should be less than 40Ωcm. The demand for the purification of materials may be relaxed. The photovoltaic efficiency of the solar cells made of these kinds of materials is 6-10.5 percent.
