    Basicity of MgO Carrier and Catalytic Activity of Ethylere Polymerization

    • 摘要: 对Ti系乙烯聚合催化剂载体MgO进行扩表处理,使其比表面积大为增加,用甲醇和2-乙氧基苯甲酸对扩表后的MgO进行表面处理,测定其表面碱量及乙烯聚合活性,发现用甲醇处理的MgO表面碱量大,催化活性好且聚乙烯产物的外观质量如颗粒度及其分布,产品流动性等均较好。

       

      Abstract: Surface area of MgO support of Ti-based catalyst for the polymerization of ethylene was increased greatly, then MgO was trented with methanol or 2-ethyoxybenzoin acid. Their surface basicity and catalytic activity for polymerizing ethylene were determined. It was found basicity and good catalytic activity. Its polyethylene product also had fine particl size, narrow distribution spherical shape.
