The Application of a PWM High Speed On-Off Valve Device in a Position Servo System

摘要

摘要: 介绍一种以PWM驱动快速开关阀构成的开关型数字阀在电-气伺服系统中的应用.通过选用改进的PID控制律,获得了很高的定位精度和重复精度.

Abstract: The application of a PWM(pulse-width-modulation) high speed on-off valve device to an electropneumatic position servo system is presented in this paper.As a consequence, higher control precision and better repitition are obtained by improving the PID control algorithm.
