    钨酝锌单晶体掺杂元素的发射光谱分析

    Determination of Trace Elements in the Single Crystal of Zinc Tungstate by AES

    • 摘要: 提出了测定钨酸锌单晶中的Mg,Ge,Cd,Si,Nb,Ce6个微量元素的光谱分析方法。样品测定使用WSP-1型平面光栅摄谱仪。石墨粉、BaO与CaCO3按90:5:5比例混和用作缓冲剂。以背景作内标。试样与缓冲剂按2:1的比例装入杯状电极中,用交流电孤激发,测定元素的相对标准偏差均小于14%,方法的回收率在95%~115%之间。本方法已经应用到钨酸锌晶体样品的测定中,并取得了令人满意的结果。

       

      Abstract: The determination of 6 trace elements (Mg, Ge, Cd, Si, Nb, Ce) in the single crystal sample of ZnWO4 by AES is described. The sample is determined with WSP-1 emission spectrograph. The graphite powder, BaO and CaCO3 are minxed in the ratio of 90: 5: 5, and used as buffer. Background was used as internal standards. The mixing ratio of the sample to the buffer was 2: 1 by weight. Carbon Cup electrocdes were filled by the sample mixture. A.C are was used as excitation source. The relative standard deviation is less than 14%. The recovery of this method is 95%~115%. The method has been applied to the determination of the single crystal sample in ZnWO4 with satisfactory results.
