    Construction Fugitive Dust Pollution and Control in Beijing

    • 摘要: 为定量研究施工扬尘对北京市大气环境的影响并提出有效控制措施,应用中尺度气象模式ARPS和环境空气质量模式Models-3进行耦合,建立多层嵌套耦合模型系统.获取较详细的北京及周边污染源清单,并利用GIS系统对其进行空间网格化处理.在模型系统设计与污染源处理的基础上,对2002年1、4、8、10这4个月份的施工扬尘排放对空气质量的影响进行模拟研究.模拟结果显示,4个月份中施工扬尘对北京市PM10空气污染的月均贡献率分别为8.82%、8.25%、12.14%和13.74%.在对污染控制现状进行调查研究的基础上提出了削减现有施工扬尘排放量的控制方案,实施后,北京市PM10日均质量浓度值平均下降了8.48μg/m3.

       

      Abstract: A multi-layer coupling model system is developed by co-operated meso-scale meteorological model ARPS and air quality model Models-3.The construction fugitive dust influence on the air quality of January, April,August and October in 2002 of Beijing is simulated,which is based on the detailed emission inventory of Beijing city and provinces nearby.Results suggest that average pollution contribution ratio of the four months is 8.82 %,8.25 %,12.14% and 13.74%,respectively.The control project that reduces the emissions of construction fugitive dust is proposed and the simulation results suggest Beijing' daily average PM10concentra- tion reduce 8.48μg/m3 after the project is carried out.
