    • 摘要: 本文介绍了对九江长江大桥钢结构基材15MnVN在低温-110℃~-140℃下,以三点弯曲大试件测定其平面应变断裂韧性K1C的研究结果。文中着重叙述了利用大试件在低温下测K1C的设备与特殊测试技术,这将有助于低温工程中的断裂问题的解决与低温断裂韧性测试技术的应用。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, we have introduced the investigation of the test procedure of the plane strain fracture toughness K1C of steel 15MnVN, which is the structure steel of the Jiu-Jiang Yangtze river bridge, using the three point bending method with large scale specimens.
      The primary purpose of the present paper is to introduce the apparatus used and the special experimental techniques in our tests at cryogenic temperatures with large scale specimens.
      These works will be conducive to solve the fracture problems in the cryogenic engineering, and to use the experimental technique for evaluating the fracture toughness at the subzero temperature.
