    Economical Analysis Based on Structural Optimum of Long Span Plane Truss String Structure

    • 摘要: 以最小用钢量为目标函数,考虑应力、位移和稳定性等约束,采用二次优化法对大跨平面张弦桁架的截面面积和索力进行了优化设计,并建立了以最小造价为目标函数的优化模型,参考市面上各种钢管和钢绞线的报价,提出了考虑结构位移和稳定性约束条件下钢管直径、厚度的最优造价优化法.分别对大跨预应力张弦平面桁架和非预应力张弦平面桁架进行优化,通过算例分析得出大跨预应力张弦平面桁架相对于非预应力张弦平面桁架经济上的优越性.

       

      Abstract: The two-step optimum method is adopted to optimize the cross-section size,and the cable pretension force for the object of minimum weight.Considering constraints of stress,displacement and stability,a new optimum design model is established for the object of minimum price based on the above optimum,which accounts for constraints of stability and displacements.Considering kinds of quoted price of steel cable and steel wire rope in the market,the optimum design method for the minimum price is put forward to obtain the cable diameter and thickness.Some examples,such as long span pre-stressed plane truss string structure and normal plane truss string structure are provided to verify the suggested method and conduct economic analysis between pre-stressed long-span plane truss string structure and normal plane truss string structure.
