    Constant Current Control of Resistance Welder by A Microcomputer

    • 摘要: 本文介绍了采用Z—80单板微处理机恒流控制的电阻焊机系统,阐述了整个控制系统的软件设计思想,程序模块,硬件结构电路,最后给出了样机系统的试验结果和恒流动态电流波形。

       

      Abstract: This paper deals with the constant current control of resistance welder by a microcomputer Z-80. The design principle of the program is discussed and the structure of the system hardware is presented. Finally, the experimental results on a prototype are described in detail.
