    循环对称结构动应力计算的一种工程处理方法

    A New Approach of Dynamic Stress Analysis for Cyclic Symmetry Structures

    • 摘要: 为了计算空冷汽轮机末级叶片的动应力,为工程设计提供依据。根据波传播理论和叶盘系统结构及其激振力特性,提出了求解瞬态动应力的循环对称计算方法。通过在扇区边界施加循环对称边界条件,将计算从时间域转化为空间域,间接实现了动应力计算,且在保证计算精度的前提下,提高了计算效率。

       

      Abstract: The transient dynamic stress analysis by cyclic symmetry method was presented in this paper. According to the characters of blade structure and applied exciting force, the cyclic symmetry boundary displacement equation was established. The calculation of cyclic symmetry boundary displacement in time could be changed to calculation of space. The cyclic symmetry dynamic analysis could be realized by applying cyclic symmetry displacement on the boundary of blade sector.
