    松香衍生物对改进电流变材料性能的实验研究

    The Properties Improvement of an Electrorheological Fluid by Using a Colophony Derivative

    • 摘要: 从应用角度对由淀粉和真空泵油组成的电流变材料(Electro-rheologicalflulds)的性能进行了实验研究.选用含有松香衍生物的活化剂,针对其在智能控制和机电-体化装备中的应用要求,对改进配方的不稳定性和电流变效应活化问题进行了实验.并对使用性能进行了测试.实验结果表明,含有松香衍生物ER材料制备工艺简单,电流变效应明显,不易分层,稳定性增强,能较好地满足实用要求.

       

      Abstract: The experimental research is made to investigate the properties of the electrorheological fluid composed of starch and vacuum pump oil. To meet the needs of the applied facilities of mechatronics, a colophony derivative is used as an additive to diminish the sedimentation and enhance the activation of the electrorheological fluid in question. The results show that the electrorheological fluid is applicable in some engineering application due to its high stability, good electrorheological effect and minimum layer-built effect.
