    从含硫废气中回收元素硫

    The Recovery of Elemental Sulfur from Waste Gases Containing SO2

    • 摘要: 在适当反应条件下,含硫烟气可用炭作还原剂将SO2还原为元素硫回收。产物硫是一种高纯度的淡黄色晶体,经X衍射分析,知其属正交晶系,反应尾气中除含有痕迹量未反应的SO2外,还含有H2S、COS、CS2等多种副反应生成气体。讨论了抑制副产物生成的方法。

       

      Abstract: SO2 in waste gases has been reducted to elemental sulfur as a recovery product (under suitable reaction condition and with carbon as reductant). The product sulfur is a light yellow crystal with high purity. X-ray diffraction anlysis shows that it belongs to orthorhombic system. The trace unreactive SO2 as well as some by-product gases such as H2S, COS and CS2 has been detected in the tail gas. The method of restraint by-products is discussed.
