    Application of Wavelet Packet Transform on Fault Diagnosis of Snapped Bolt in Gear-box

    • 摘要: 针对齿轮箱运转异常时,经小波包变换的信号某一频带振动能量值会有较大变化的特征,探讨了小波包变换在齿轮箱故障诊断中的应用.通过对测取的齿轮箱振动信号进行小波包变换,可有效提取齿轮箱螺栓拉断的故障信息.分析表明,旋转机械的振动信号有稳定的频带分布,通过结合故障特点,把每一故障的频带特征提取出来,能为故障诊断提供很好的征兆.

       

      Abstract: Application of wavelet packet transform to fault diagnosis of gear-box is introduced.From wavelet packet transform of vibration signal to gear-box,the fault information of gear-box bolt snapped can be effectively extracted.According to the fault mechanism,vibration signal of rotating machinery has steady frequency-distribution.If every feature of fault frequency can be extracted,symptoms for fault diagnosis can be provided.
