    Application of Digital Image Processing Technology in Fluorescence Magnetic Powder Test System

    • 摘要: 磁粉探伤是一种利用磁性粉末检查钢铁零件近表面缺陷的方法.为了提高生产效率,解放劳动力,将数字图像处理的相关技术应用到磁粉探伤中.本文介绍了作者设计的航空用钢制轴类工件的荧光磁粉自动探伤系统,从图像的采集、处理和分析3个方面探讨了数字图像处理技术在系统中的具体应用.该算法能较准确、较迅速地定性、定量分析出裂纹缺陷的特征.

       

      Abstract: The magnetic powder flaw detection is one kind of method used to inspect the near surface defect of hardware which is made up of steel and iron using the magnetic powder. In order to enhance the production efficiency, and liberate labor force, people applies the digital image processing technology in the magnetic powder test. This article introduced the automated fluorescent magnetic powder flaw detection system for the steel axis used in aviation which designed by author. Then, elaborated the application of digital image processing technology in the system from three aspects: image gathering, image processing and image analyzing. Author's algorithm can accurately and rapidly analyze the crack flaw's characteristic both qualitative and quantitative. It has achieved the anticipated goal.
