    The Photoelastic Determination of Stress-Intensity Factors KI for Arch Three Point Bending Specimens

    • 摘要: 我们用光弹性法对拱弯试样的K1作了测定,采用TSCM法和S-S法进行数据处理。文中推出了用三次曲线拟合实验数据的回归系数公式。光弹实验结果与柔度标定结果符合情况良好。

       

      Abstract: The arch three point bending specimen was first suggested as the one of fracture toughness specimens by comrade Cheng Chi of our country. In order to perfect the mechanical calibration of this specimen, we determine the stress-intensity factors KI with photoelastic technique. Data management are conducted by application of Taylor Series Correction Method (TSCM) and Schroedl-Smith Method. In fitting the exper-imental data with cubic curve, the formulae of regression coefficient are derived in this paper. The photoelastic results are in good agreement with the results of compliance calibration method.
