    Characteristics of Sulfur Dioxide Adsorption on Desulfurizing Substance Prepared from Coal

    • 摘要: 研究了以煤为原料的烟道气脱硫剂的制备方法和性质,以及脱硫剂的碳化及活化条件对SO2吸附容量的影响。发现最佳碳化温度为700~800℃,在800℃下用水蒸汽活化处理2.0~2.5h,SO2饱和吸附量为16.4%。在所研究的四种煤中以大同烟煤为最好。

       

      Abstract: A method for manufacture and the properties of desulfu-rizing substance of flue gas from coat were studied. The effect of carbonization and activation condition for desulfurizing substance on capacity of adsorbing SO2 was investigated. The optimum temperature of carbonization was between 700-800℃ and the activated treatment at 800℃ for 2.0-2.5h. by steam gave the best result of saturation adsov-ptive capacity about 16.4%. Datong bitumen coal is the best chosing in the investigated coal of four species.
