    The Hydration and Hardened Characteristics of Blended Cement Under Low Water to Binder Ratios

    • 摘要: 应用XRD、SEM等方法研究了在低水胶比条件下,混合水泥的水化产物特征和硬化水泥石微观结构.研究结果表明:在低水胶比和水养不充分的情况下,混合水泥不能完全水化,水泥早期反应加速.膨胀水泥中有大量AFt晶体形成,既有利于浆体在早期获得较高的结构强度,又会使水泥石结构中存在大量的微裂纹.

       

      Abstract: Under low water to binder ratios (W/B), the hydration products' characteristics and micro-structure of hardened cement paste are studied by XRD and SEM methods. The test results show that, the blended cement cannot hydrate completely under low W/B and no water-curing conditions, and the early hydration rate is accelerated. There are large amounts of AFt formed in the expansive cement, which have two contrary effects. One is to enhance the early structure strength, and the other is to cause the paste structure crack.
