    空化射流喷丸对45钢表面性能的影响

    Influencing of Water Jet Cavitation on the Surface Strengthening of 45 Steel

    • 摘要: 选用45钢作为研究对象,通过空化射流喷丸对其进行强化.利用microXAM型三维光学轮廓仪测量试样表面形貌,用S-3000N型扫描电镜表征试样表面的微观结构,采用71型显微硬度计测量试样截面硬度值的变化.结果表明:空化射流喷丸对45钢表面有明显的强化效果,喷射时间和射流压力对空化喷丸能力有着重要影响;空化射流喷丸强化比普通喷丸强化得到了更好的表面质量.

       

      Abstract: The submerged water jet was adopted to strengthen 45 steel.The surface of the sample was measured by microXAM Three Optical-profile.The microscopic construction was observed by S-3000N Scanning Electron Microscope.The change of hardness was measured by 71 microhardness instrument.The result shows that the surface strengthening effect is obviously after water jet cavitation shot penning impacted on the 45 steel surface,jet time and jet pressure has marked influence on the ability of water jet cavitation.The surface quality introduced by water jet cavitation shot peening is higher than that introduced by traditional shot peening.
