    A Method of Continuously Measuring the Fluidity of Molten Metal in Mold cavity

    • 摘要: 本文介绍了一种新颖的实验方法,它可以直接地、连续地测定金属液在型腔中的流动特性曲线,并在试验之同时把这条曲线忠实地记录下来。
      文中还讨论了诸如合金成分、过热度、造型材料、涂料、沟槽截面、沟槽形状、静压头等因素对共流动特性曲线的影响。

       

      Abstract: A new experimental method is introduced in this paper. It could be used to measure directly and continuously as well as record simultaneously the fluidity characteristic curve of a molten metal inside the mold cavity. The effect of various factors, such as alloy composition, superheat, molding and coating material, section and shape of groove, and static pressure head etc., on the fluidity characteristic curve is also discussed.
