    改善高铬白口铸铁冶金质量的研究

    A Study of Improving the Metallurgic Quality of High Chromiym White Cast Iron

    • 摘要: 研制出一种适于抗磨白口铸铁的新型变质剂.通过变质处理后,铁水得以净化,其中非金属夹杂物、氮、氢等气体的含量降低.变质剂中钛与铁水中的氮化合,形成TiN,可做为奥氏体结晶核心,使奥氏体枝晶细化.变质剂中稀土元素被吸附在碳化物的结晶界面上,阻止碳化物的快速生长,使碳化物细化.用变质处理后的铁水浇注的渣浆泵铸件,在发电厂使用,寿命达8000h,仍在继续使用,而未变质的铸件,最高使用寿命为4000h北京工业泵厂采用这一新技术后,铸件废品率大幅度降低,年经济效益为109万元.

       

      Abstract: In this stuty, a new type of modifier which adopted in Cr15Mo3 of abrasion white cast iron has been got. Molten iron has got cleannig after modification, the non-metall impurity, N2、H2 & other gas had also reduced. Ti which is contained in modifier formed TiN with N2 in molten iron, and TiN is the core of solidification of austinate & thined the austinate dentrite, RE in modifier is a surface active active element, adsorbed on the intersurface of carbide, slowed down it's grouth & made it more tinier. The castings of mud pump poured using molten iron which had been modified, got 8000 hours useful life & still used by now. But for non-modification one is only 4000 hours the highest. Adopt this new technique,Beijing Industrial Pump Factory got 1.09 million yuan increaced benefit per year,by the widely reducing of rated of rejects.
