    Influence of Superplacticister and Redispersible Polymer Powder on the Strength of Crumb Rubber Mortar

    • 摘要: 为了提高橡胶集料水泥砂浆的强度,研究了可再分散胶粉聚合物(RPP)及高效减水剂复合RPP对橡胶集料水泥砂浆(CRM)强度的影响,探讨了RPP和高效减水剂复合使用在CRM中的作用机理.试验结果表明:在本实验条件下,单独使用RPP对CRM的强度等性能具有一定的改性作用,RPP与高效减水剂复合使用效果更好.橡胶集料的颗粒尺寸对CRM的强度具有显著的影响,说明橡胶粒径存在着最佳粒径.

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the strength of crumb rubber powder,this paper presents an experiment on the influence of redispersible polymer powder and superplacticister on the strength of Crumb Rubber Mortar(CRM).The function mechanism of superplacticister and redispersible polymer powder on CRM were also discussed.The test results show that in this experiment,there is certain improvement of strength properties of CRM by redispersible polymer powder,and composite superplacticister and redispersible polymer powder have great effect on the strength of CRM. The test data also show that the size of rubber has great effects on the strength of CRM,which indicated there are the best size of crumb rubber filler particles.
