    超滤过程中浓差极化现象的研究(一)——浓差极化边界层阻力和膜阻力对通量的影响

    Study on Concentration Polarization Phenomena in Ultrafiltration Process——Affects of Concentration Polarization Boundary Layer and Membrane Resistances on Flux

    • 摘要: 利用光电法直接测量超滤过程中膜表面边界层的浓度分布,在此基础上计算出搅拌和非搅拌条件下浓差极化边界层阻力和膜阻力,并讨论了它们对通量的影响。发现边界层阻力不仅和其厚度有关,还和其形成过程有关。

       

      Abstract: Photo-electric method was used for direct measurement of concentratiom profile in boundary layer during ultrafiltration, On the basis of the measurement, concentration polarization boundary layer and membrane resistances in unstirred and stirred ultrafiltration were computed, and some affect factors on flux were discussed. It has been found that the boundary layer resistance is related with not only its thickness but also its formation process.
