    Technology of NC Machine Error Parameter Identification Based on Fourteen Displacement Measurement Line

    • 摘要: 以多体系统误差运动分析理论为基础,建立了准确的数控机床误差源参数辨识模型,并针对三坐标数控机床,提出14条位移线综合测量方法及机床误差源参数的直接求解方程,解决了传统方法中误差参数难以直接求解以及存在的误差传递性问题.

       

      Abstract: Based on the error analysis method of multi- body system, a more accurate modelling method for NC machine error parameters identitication has been presented. Aiming at 3-axis NC machine error parameters identitication, a kind of fourteen displacement Line's synthetic measuring method is also given out. Through this method the error parameters of NC machine can be directly solved and the phenomenon of error transitivity in the traditional method has been avoided.
