    Thermo-economical Evaluation for the CO2 Capture System of a Power Plant Based on Exergy Method

    • 摘要: 针对CO2捕集系统, 提出了体现能量的质的评价指标——耗率.解吸耗率是解吸过程的过程性评价指标, 直接反映了解吸过程工艺和设备能耗水平.抽汽耗率是CO2捕集系统的综合性评价指标, 能合理全面地评价捕集系统蒸汽能量利用的程度.引入的减温效率衡量了抽汽在减温过程中可用能的有效利用程度.

       

      Abstract: In this paper, specific exergy consumption was put forward to evaluate the thermo-economy for the CO2 capture system of a power plant. Firstly, specific exergy consumption of the regeneration can directly reflect the energy consumption level of the technology and equipments of the regeneration process of CO2 capture system. Secondly, specific exergy consumption of the extracted steam, which is a comprehensive evaluating parameter, can reasonably and comprehensively assess the degree of perfection of steam energy utilization process of the CO2 capture system. Finally, exergy efficiency is introduced to evaluate the effective degree of the available energy utilization during the temperature reduction process of the extracted steam.
