    Preparation of the SiO2 Gel/Wood Composites From TEOS Sol With Hydrolyzing

    • 摘要: 以正硅酸乙酯为前驱液, 通过水解获得溶胶, 其固体质量分数为23.6%, 常温下48 h后测定黏度为20 s, 所得凝胶经过红外光谱分析, 在1087.8 cm-1处出现强烈的Si—O—Si的反对称伸缩振动吸收峰, X线衍射表明, 该凝胶为非晶态SiO2无定型结构.采用先制取溶胶, 然后利用自制减压-加压设备, 将溶胶灌注入木材内获得的SiO2凝胶/木材复合材料增重率平均为81.3%, 比前人制备方法提高了125.2%, 而且克服了以往方法水解、缩聚过程缓慢, 反应不完全的缺点.

       

      Abstract: The sol was prepared by hydrolyzed tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) .The solid content of the sol is 23.6%, and the viscosity is 20s after 48h.The gel was characterized by XRD and infrared spectroscopy in this paper.The examination results of infrared spectra show there is a characteristic antisymmetric stretching vibration absorption peak of Si—O—Si at 1087.8cm-1.X-ray analysis indicates that the gel is noncrystal SiO2.The method of producing SiO2 gel/wood composite compound with sol prepared at first and then impregnating sol into the wood issue by negative-positive pressure system overcomes its slow and incomplete defects in hydrolysis-condensation process compared to the former method of impregnating TEOS into the wood issue directly and then forming the sol, and the weight of percentage gain can reach 81.3%.
