    Research on the Growth, Structure and Powder Frequency-doubling Effects of KTNP Crystals

    • 摘要: 采用高温溶液籽晶降温法生长了一系列KTNP晶体,研究了KTNP溶液的性质、KTNP晶体生长基元及其生长形态,测定了KTNP晶体的晶胞多数、红外光谱、吸收光谱和粉末倍频效应.最后,简要地讨论了所获得的一些研究结果.

       

      Abstract: The KTNP series single crystal were grown by using high temperature solution with seed crystal through dropping temperature method. The properties of KTNIP solution, growth unit and the morphology of KTNP crystal were studied. Thelattice parameters,infrared spectra, Ultra-Visible absorption spectra and powderfrequency-doubling effects were determined. Some results of research work are briefly discussed.
