    • 摘要: 针对传统污水处理方法难以有效处理避孕药废水的问题,从避孕药生产废水生化处理站的活性污泥中分离得到10株能降解避孕药废水的菌株.经过对其形态特征及16S rDNA序列分析,该10株菌分别为绿脓杆菌、副短短芽孢杆菌、鲁氏不动杆菌、鲍氏不动杆菌、短小短芽孢杆菌等5个菌种.研究表明,投加高效降解菌能有效地降低污泥浓度和缩短降解时间,在ρMLSS为2000mg/L条件下,HRT 4 h内θCOD达到87.5%,且NH3-N和TIN能在较低的污泥浓度下达到排放标准,从而解决了普通活性污泥处理此类废水时NH_3-N不能达标排放的问题.投加优势菌的污泥在pH值和温度变化的过程中对污染物的去除能力好于对照污泥.

       

      Abstract: In order solve the problem that traditional wastewater treatment process can't treat contraceptive wastewater well. 10 superior strains that degrades contraceptive wastewater was isolated from activated sludge of wastewater treatment plant treating wastewater from contraceptive medicine factory. Based on its morphology and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, these bacteria was identified as 5 strains that Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Brevibacillus parabrevis, Acinetobacter lwoffii, Acinetobacter baumannii, Brevibacillus brevis. The studied result showed that superior strains could reduce the density of bio-cultures and degradation time, which made θCOB was 87.5% with ρMLSS=2 000 mg/L in 4 hours. The superior strains also made NH3-N and TIN match the wastewater discharge standard, which couldn't come true depending on simple microbial cultures. At the same time, the fact was indicated by this experiment that the effect of treating contaminant by superior microbial cultures was better than simple microbial cultures during the variation of pH and temperature.
