    用测力螺栓式WOL法测定硫化氢应力腐蚀的KISCC及(da)/(dt)

    Evaluating Stress Corrosion Cracking KISCC and (da)/(dt) in Hydrogen Sulfide Solutions with Instrumented Bolt WOL Specimens

    • 摘要: 在硫化氢水溶液环境中用WOL试样测定了16Mn钢的应力腐蚀门限强度KISCC及裂纹扩展速率(da)/(dt)。为了监测裂纹扩展,应用了测力螺栓方法。实验表明,此测力螺栓方法既可保证一定的精度要求,也便于操作。

       

      Abstract: Stress Corrosion threshold stress intensity KISCC and stress corrosion crack growth rate (da)/(dt) have been measured for 16Mn steel in H2S aqueous environments with WOL specimens. In order to monitor crack growth in WOL specimens, a technique of instrumented bolt was used in this work. It is found that the technique of instrumented bolt provides several advantages, including enough accuracy and convenient operating.
