    活性炭粉尘治理设备的研究

    Study of the Harness Equipment of Active Carbon

    • 摘要: 活性炭粉尘具有粒小体轻、硬度大、亲水性差等特点,净化难度大,目前国内对此种污染治理尚无成功经验可寻。为此,我们利用新型袋式除尘器对这一领域进行研究,比较不同滤料对活性炭粉尘的去除效果。通过大量实验,对新型薄膜滤料和针刺毡滤料的过程机理、阻力损失、适应范围、清灰周期等进行对比,得出了薄膜滤料在以上方面优于针刺毡滤料的结论。另外,实验中还对涉及清灰机理的机理进行了初步探索,提出了看法。

       

      Abstract: Active carbon has some distinctive feature, such as small dimeter particle, light weight weight, high hardness and poor hydrophilicity. Therefore it is difficult to be woped out from the object it stuck. Up to now, hardly has been found the successful way of dealing with it at home. A new type of bag filter is studied. Comparison between membrance filter and needlefelt materials, concerning the loss of the obstruction, applicable area, cleaning period and so on are made based on experiments. A conclusion is drew:membrance filter material is better than needeflt.
