    Development of the Auto-Measuring System for Detecting BJ2021 Semi-Axle Form and Position Deviations

    • 摘要: 为了满足生产上的急需,研制成功的BJ2021半轴形位误差自动测量系统,包括高准确度XW-250测量仪、步进电机驱动装置、数据自动采集接口及数据处理软件.本文论述了系统各组成部份的技术性能及特点,并分析估算了系统的测量准确度.

       

      Abstract: To meet the production demand the auto-meesuring system including XW-250 measuning instrument with high accuracy, step moter driving device, auto data acquisiting interface and processing software, is developed. The features and technical specifications of the coponents of the system are illustred. And the accuracy reached by suing this system is analysed and evaluated.
