    The Study of Phases Transformation of Melt-spun Pr1.4Fe10.5Mo1.5 and Nd1.4Fe10.5V1.5 Alloys

    • 摘要: 采用单辊甩带法制备快淬Pr1.4Fe10.5Mo1.5和Nd1.4Fe10.5V1.5合金薄带.TEM和XRD分析确定了该两种合金快淬薄带为具有TbCu7型结构的1:7相DTA和XRD表明:Pr(Fe,Mo)7转变为1:12相变点为674.78℃,α-Fe析出温度为819.87℃,Nd(Fe,Mo)7转变为1:12相的Nd(Fe,V)12相变点为78417℃,室温至1300℃未见α-Fe析出.

       

      Abstract: The ribbons of Pr1.4Fe10.5Mo1.5 and Nd1.4Fe10.5V1.5 have been prepared by melt-spinning process. The ribbons are determined to 1:7 phase with TbCu7-type sturcture by TEM and XRD. DTA and XRD show that the temperature of Pr(Fe, Mo)7 being transformed into 1:12 Phase, Pr(Fe, Mo)12, is 674. 78℃; α-Fe being decomposed from Pr(Fe,Mo)12 is 819.87℃; the temperature of Nd(Fe,V)7 being transformed into 1:12 phase, Nd (Fe,V)12, is 784.17℃, while in the temperature range from room temperature to 1300℃, there is no α-Fe being observed.
