    换热表面结垢过程及机理的实验研究

    Experimental Study of Fouling Mechanism on Heat Transfer Surface

    • 摘要: 对水溶液中矿物质离子在换热表面的结垢过程及对换热性能的影响进行了实验研究.根据实验需要,自行配制的各种硬度(CaCO3)的水溶液作为工质,测量换热表面的换热系数,得到换热面的结垢变化规律.考察了各种因素对结垢过程的作用和影响,分析了结垢过程的工作机理.结果表明:换热面的温度及流体温度是结垢现象的主要影响因素,且工质硬度增加,也促使结垢过程加速进行.

       

      Abstract: The influence of the fouling process of CaCO3 on heat transfer performance was investigated experimentally. Hard water self-made was used as working fluid. More parameters such as temperature, hardness, and fluid velocity etc were measured in the experiment to verify their effect on the fouling process. It was showed that the surface and fluid temperatures were very important to promote fouling process on heat transfer surface. Also, the hardness of water can quicken the fouling forming on the heat transfer surface.
