    转炉OG浊环水系统水质稳定的研究

    A Study on the Stability of Water Quality in Converter OG System

    • 摘要: 论述了国内外转炉OG浊环水系统水质稳定的常用方法并对首钢第三炼钢厂转炉OG浊环水系统的水质稳定问题进行了研究,通过分析和试验,选取RP31为分散剂,使该浊环水系统附着速率低于25 mg/cm2·月,沉淀池出水浊度小于200 mg/l,保证了该浊环水系统的正常运转.

       

      Abstract: This article discusses thoroughly the current methods for the treatment ofOG recycled water. By means of analysis and experiment, RP-31 was selected asdispersion agent for the recycled water with the attachment rate below 25 mg/cm2·m and turbidity below 200 mg/L.
