    The Crystal Growing of SrCuO2 and Its Morphology

    • 摘要: 从加热Sro和Cuo粉末混合物到1120℃形成的液体中生长晶体,观察到长度达3mm的柱状晶体,电子探针分析表明接近SrCuO2的晶体成份,其X射线粉末衍射谱可指标化为正交晶胞。

       

      Abstract: Pillar crystals, some of which are 3mm in length, are obtained in the crystals grown from the melted mixed-powder of SrO and CuO, at the temperature of 1120℃ upon heating. The relevant electron microprobe analysis indicats that the composition of the pillar crystals obtained are similar to the crystal composition of SrCuO2, and the X-ray diffraction spectra of the powder-like composite can be indexed in an orthorhombic unit cell.
