    Growth and Spectral Characteristics of Fe:LiNbO3 Crystal

    • 摘要: 叙述了用提拉法从熔体中生长了不同掺量的Fe:LiNbO3晶体,并进行了氧化处理,对晶体进行吸收光谱测试表明,晶体的光谱特性与掺量、氧化处理条件有密切联系,是一种比较优良的大容量体全息记录介质材料.

       

      Abstract: Fe:LiNbO3 crystals, with different concentration impurity, were grown from melt by Czochraski method. The doped crystals were treated by oxidization in air. The measurements of the absorption spectrum show that the spectral characteristics of the crystals are related to the iron impurity concentration and the condition of oxidation.
