A Prism Beam-Splitting System Used in Holographic Maker

摘要: 提出一种可用于像素全息机的棱镜分光系统，该系统结构小巧，稳定性良好，分辨率高，所形成的光斑尺寸小于0.1mm；该系统能与激光器、计算机、二维平台一起构成一种全新的像素全息制版系统.

Abstract: A prism beam-splitting system used in hologrphic maker is presented. It has the advantage of compact structure, good reliability, high resolution and small spot diameter(< 0. 1 mm). A new kind of holographic maker can be built with this system, laser, computer and 2-D platform.
