    • 摘要: 为了实现辅助动力系统与整车的高效协调运转,开发了辅助动力控制系统.介绍了辅助混合动力电动汽车中,辅助动力控制系统的组成、功能和工作原理.控制系统以INTEL 16位单片机为核心,通过检测动力电池组的电压和电流判断电池组的荷电状态(SOC),当电池容量降低到设定值时,起动辅助发动机,控制发电机组在优化后的稳定转速下工作,以给电池组充电,辅助动力控制系统还具有判断混合动力电动车工作模式的功能,并能驱动车载的液晶显示屏显示当前整车的工作状态以及电池组电压、电流等重要参数.

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve high efficient operation between the APU and the whole vehicle, control system of the auxiliary power unit has been developed. The structure, function, and working principle of the auxiliary power unit's control system have been introduced in this paper. The control system of auxiliary power unit adopts the INTEL 16 bit microcontroller to its control kernel and estimates the battery pack's SOC by inspecting the battery pack's voltage and the current. When the S()C is below the set value, the engine-generator system starts running at a steady revolution and chargs the battery pack. The auxiliary power unit' s control system can judge the auxiliary hybrid electric vehicle's working model, and drive the LCD mounted in the vehicle to display the vehicle's working model and battery pack's voltage and current value.
